Russ Stapleton is the founder and owner of SusMaTech, and has a Ph.D. in polymer chemistry from the University of Akron.  He has 15+yr industrial experience with a diverse range of chemistries including organic, inorganic, transition metal catalysis, polymers (thermoplastics, thermosets/elastomers, electronic and optical materials), and formulated products.  He also has experience in the development of continuous and batch production processes including high purity/reactive chemicals/monomers and polymers/oligomers.  He has 14 patents in various fields such as epoxies, siloxanes, electronics, and surfactants (with companies like Kodak, Parker, and Milliken) and has various academic publications in journals such as JACS, Macromolecules, and Organometallics.
